Working Together

Corporate learning teams, non-profits and government agencies, educators and curriculum designers, agencies and studios looking to enhance their serious games expertise, or anyone who believe in the power of gameplay, collaboration, and storytelling.

Above all, we look for clients with interesting ideas, who we can meaningfully engage with to build something special together.

Our Process

1 — Discovery & Concepting

This phase is all about alignment — uncovering the core purpose of your project, identifying key success metrics, and mapping the creative and technical direction. Whether you’re coming with a rough idea or a detailed brief, we meet you where you are, often pitching you ideas and concepts until the right fits are agreed on.

2 — Design & Prototyping

Our design process includes wireframes, paper prototypes, and early digital builds — all shaped by your feedback. This allows us to test core mechanics before committing to full production.

3 — Production

Once the vision is locked in, we build with purpose. We don’t hide the “necessary ugly” parts of the process; we stay in lock step with you. Frequent check-ins ensure your project stays on track and on budget. Production concludes with testing and polish to ensure quality.

4 — Deployment & Support

Whether it’s a local install, web-based delivery, or distribution via a third-party platform, we ensure a smooth launch. Do you have a unique learning management system (LMS)? A post-launch patch? Ongoing support? We’re here when you need us.

Common Engagements

  • We provide you full service game development from idea to launch.

  • We assess your game concepts to ensure they are viable, meaningful, and worth investing in.

  • Defining your player objectives, systems, mechanics, and outcomes that support your goals.

Design Pillars

Co-operation & Creativity

Something powerful happens when people work together. We value solving complex problems together. This flows through into our games: challenging shared experiences test creativity, logic, memory, and perception — that builds a team.

Technology & Accessibility

We use the right tools for the job — prioritizing accessibility, ease of deployment, and reliability. Players should be challenged by the game itself, not by the technology behind it. That’s why we build experiences that are intuitive, stable, and ready to run where you need them.

Balance & Flow

We carefully design and test our games to strike the right balance between challenge and reward. Whether we’re scaling difficulty for different audiences (for example, children vs. adults) or tuning mechanics for optimal fun, our goal is to guide players into a state of focused, immersive “flow.”

Metacognition

Our secret weapon: making players think about how they think. We craft experiences that encourage perspective shifts, lateral thinking, and “aha!” moments. Sometimes the hardest problems aren’t hard at all — they just require a different lens.
